The TCS Turkish Choir Ensemble Vancouver is excited to present its 2025 Annual Concert at the prestigious Vancouver Playhouse. Since its founding in 2003, the Choir has been dedicated to celebrating and sharing Turkish music and culture in British Columbia.
Under the Turkish-Canadian Society (TCS)—a nonprofit charitable organization operating for over 60 years—the Turkish Choir Ensemble Vancouver aims to enrich the diverse multicultural fabric of Canada. Through music, the Choir fosters cultural connection, inclusivity, and artistic collaboration.
A Rich Musical Journey
The TCS Turkish Choir Ensemble is a volunteer-driven initiative featuring 36 choristers and 9 musicians, performing under the esteemed conductorship of Sevgi Dogan.
The repertoire includes:
🎵 Turkish folk music
🎵 Turkish classical music
🎵 Turkish pop music
🎵 Western classical music with Turkish influence
Over the years, the Choir has performed at notable cultural festivals, including:

Concert Experience
The concert will be in two parts, with a 20-minute intermission, and will feature a curated selection of Turkish music infused with influences from Anatolia and beyond.
Following the sold-out success of previous years, the 2025 concert at Vancouver Playhouse promises to be a memorable musical experience for all attendees.
